Public notes from the development of Supervisor. A build note records direction and evidence; it is not a release announcement unless it says so.
The first complete learning loop was packaged, signed, installed, reopened, and tested with disposable data. A human decision can create a project-scoped rule; a later matching case uses it; another project does not; revocation persists.
This is an internal milestone, not a public download.
The product is moving beyond an AI command-center frame. Chat remains the center. Evidence, uncertainty, review, scoped learning, Knowledge Fit, prototype building, Content Intelligence, Learning, and Pathways now share one product doctrine.
The next candidate focuses on clear provider choice, project-isolated context, honest local continuity, and no silent fallback. Architecture review and operator approval come before implementation.
